What is the shelf life of your products, and how do I store them?

To ensure the best quality, our products need to be stored properly. Keep them refrigerated for up to 9 days or frozen for up to 120 days.

Do your products contain artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or sugar alcohols?

None whatsoever. We use exclusively natural ingredients, including sweeteners, in our products.

What sweeteners do you use in your products?

We use a natural blend of monk fruit and allulose. 

Allulose, a naturally occurring sugar found in select fruits and foods such as figs and raisins, deviates from the typical carbohydrate behavior associated with sugars. While the body absorbs allulose it does not metabolize it into glucose, so it is virtually calorie free and has barely any impact on the blood sugar levels. 

Naturally derived from the juice of monk fruit, a small, round fruit native to Southeast Asia, a monk fruit extract serves as a calorie-free sweetener. This makes it a safe and blood sugar-friendly option, particularly beneficial for individuals with diabetes.

What allergens do your products contain?

All our products are made in a facility that processes milk, peanuts and tree nuts. Our Strawberry Cheesecake contains eggs.

Can I enjoy your products if I follow a keto, diabetic, or low-carb diet?

Without a doubt. Every product we make contains no more than 4g of net carbs and zero added sugar. Rest assured, our products are meticulously crafted to help maintain stable blood sugar levels and promote ketosis.

Orders and shipping

How soon can I expect my order to ship out?

Orders are shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you place an order after 12pm PST on Tuesday, it will be shipped the following week. This schedule is designed to maintain the freshness and quality of our products during transit to you. Make sure to freeze or refrigerate immediately upon arrival.

What if my order does not arrive cold?

Our products can handle a 2 day transit time. Make sure to place them in the freezer / fridge as soon as you can. If they’ve become too melty or muddled up in transit reach out to us at support@sunrunner.us with some photos and we’ll work out a solution.

Am I able to modify or delay my order or delivery?

We're able to accommodate changes to your order within a two-hour window from the time of placement. However, after this period, we are unable to make alterations, and your order will proceed to shipment as originally confirmed.

My order arrived damaged! What can I do?

We're truly sorry if your order arrived damaged! Please reach out to support@sunrunner.us, and we will work out a solution.

 Is your packaging recyclable?

Absolutely. All of our packaging and shipping materials, including jar sleeves, box inserts and insulation liners, are 100% recyclable.
